Welcome to our piece of Maui. Building 2 is just to the right as you enter the gate at Grand Champions Villas. This is our building, surrounded by the beautiful colors and scents of Maui.
Though we don't advertise we have an ocean view, there is a little one. Just turn at the top of the stairs - this is what you see (depending on the state of tree trimming). Don't miss the island of Lanai..
Maui Sunsets are truly a blessing. Each night they are different and all can be viewed from our front door.

Studios are very popular at Grand Champions because of their great value and space. Ours offers a king bed (or 2 twins), comfortable seating for reading or watching TV (DVD/CD), a large closet, full bath, kitchenette and access to lanai dining and W/D.
A comfortable bed is welcome at the end of a fun-filled day, or for lounging when you need a rest. Our linens are new and there are lots of pillows. An alarm is available when you need to get up early for snorkeling trips to Molokini or biking Haleakala.
Eating breakfast and lunch at "home" gives you more money to spend at Maui's fine restaurants.
We have supplied dishes, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffeemaker for your use. A small refrigerator keeps the essentials chilled.
The Lanai is divided into 2 areas so as a guest in our studio you have your own table for outdoor dining.
The cabinets at the end of the lani hold the washer/dryer - also available for your use. When the studio suite is used as part of our 2-bedroom rental, the tables can be combined for festive dining.
A lounge chair has beeb provided for comfort on our quiet lanai.
Our living area opens to our wonderful lanai. The door on the right is locked when rented as a one bedroom as it leads to the Studio Suite. Large flat screen TV with DVD/CD and cable is available here. Both bedrooms are airconditioned but we hardly ever feel the need as the trade winds keep us cool. All rooms have ceiling fans for those odd days when the trades don't blow.
Looking back toward the entry from the living room you can see the dining area, kitchen and bedroom beyond. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional with recently installed Corian counters, extra storage, microwave, dishwasher, refrig/freezer, stove & oven and plenty of china, pots and pans, even pupu dishes.
Our new sofas are a great place to lounge, read or watch TV but we spend a lot of time outside on the lanai listening to the birds of Maui and enjoying the rustle of the wind in the bamboo grove and the sweet scent of tropical flowers. We love the pale, tropical blues and greens we have chosen for the walls. - Fresh and cool after a day at the beach!
Plenty of room for dining in or out as well as sharing puzzels or games. The cook is never far from the action. Plenty of storage and a great passthrough means serving meals is easy and fun.
Fresh paint, new bed linens and new furniture highlight this large, comfortable space. If you prefer, the King bed can be configured as 2 twins.
New furnishings have been added recently. There is plenty of storage to help you feel at home.
The lanai offers outdoor dining and a stacked washer/dryer.
Grand Champions Villas is located amid the Wailea Blue Course and only a few steps away from the championship Tennis facilities. Eat lunch at Joe's and watch the action on the courts!
As you arrive at Grand Champions, Our gated entry, relaxing waterfall, brilliant ginger plants and plumeria trees greet you.
Two swimming pools complete with barbeques and picnic tables are within 100 yards for your enjoyment. A recent guest enjoyed himself so much he wanted to share this picture with us.
Take your pick of 5 gorgeous beaches within a 4 minute drive - 15 min walk. Snorkeling available at all.
